Have safe sun! That means wearing SPF. According to the CDC, the sun’s UV rays can damage your skin in as little as 15 minutes. To minimize risk, wear a product with at least SPF 15 to protect your skin from sun spots, lower your risk of developing skin cancer, and keep you looking young. SPF products have come a long way from the chalky products of old that created white casts. They now come in a wide range of forms, from sticks, to lotions, to even makeup.
