The Accessories Advantage

Fall Accessories: An Injection of Life and Color

By September 23, 2020No Comments

Whether it is a pair of KOZAKH chandelier earrings, a luxurious Lisa Corti scarf, or a coveted pair of Jimmy Choo boots, accessories can inject life into your wardrobe this fall in a way nothing else can. For one, you can slip on a fun necklace or a beautiful wrap to elevate the simplest t-shirt and jeans, without sacrificing comfort for style. A handbag with shape can also easily add polish to any ensemble, even baggy pants and a sweatshirt. Here are the brands we’ll be finding accessories with maximum impact (and minimum life interference) from this season:

Jewelry

Roxanne Assoulin

A Roxanne Assoulin piece never fails to bring smiles to our faces (or, it seems, to the faces of those who see us.) Putting on a pair of her playful, irreverent, and always colorful earrings immediately makes us feel a little brighter in the morning.

KOZAKH

We love KOZAKH for their intricate, customizable pieces with incredible depth of design at an affordable price point (lots of pieces are under $100).

Everything But Water

Without a doubt one of the most cheerful websites we browsed through this summer, Everything But Water is well-known for their swim and beachwear, but they’ve also curated a great range of jewelry to wear all year long.

Headbands

Lele Sadoughi

Two months into quarantine when our hair was already way out of control, we turned to Lele for her wonderful headbands. Now, six months in, we appreciate her elegant designs more than ever. (Her “Slim” designs also look great on kids, if you want to get a gift for your little one.)

Boots

J.J. Gray

J.J. Gray’s line of artisanal shoes embodies timelessness, taste, and tradition. On a trip to Spain, founder and CEO Jessica Perdomo met a family who had been making custom shoes for three generations with supple calfskin from local tanneries that do not use harsh chemicals to treat their hides. This special leather cannot be found in the U.S., except for in J.J. Gray shoes. An amazing collection of modern classics built to last forever.

Arthur $350

Peter $595

Edgar $950

Luther $1,100

Inuikii

Known as a winter brand, Inuikii will surprise you with its depth of product for year-round wear. From shearling sneakers to cozy yet chic winter boots and slippers, you can’t go wrong with this collection.

Ganni

These recycled rubber boots will be great for neighborhood strolls and walks in the countryside this fall.

Jimmy Choo

When you get a pair of Jimmy Choos, you know you’re getting something special. These boots are the ultimate staples for every winter and fall: easy to wear, go with everything, and comfortable and chic all at once.
